5: Suits-
Yes, I'm all for a blue collar man who has grease under his nails but, for me, there is nothing sexier than a man in a tailored suit. I'm sure it has everything to do with those social notions of power and prestige and the feminist in me isn't thrilled at the idea, but I just can't help it. A man in a suit does things to me.
4: Sense of Humor-
I love a man who laughs. Even better, a man who can laugh at himself. I take life way too seriously. I know, it's short and nobody gets out of here alive so I shouldn't. But I do. I appreciate people who are able to find the joy in the chaos. Not only that, but it also helps me to relax.
3: Compassion-
Sappy, I know, but it's true. I think it says a lot about a person's character and strength when they are kind to others. Compassion is a choice. It's probably what makes me a little weak in the knees when it comes to firefighter or police romance novels. Big strong men who choose to save kittens from trees are hot.
2: Brains-
I'm kind of a pain in the ass in real life. I like to argue. Over everything. I know, I can be a challenge. But I appreciate a guy who can keep up with me. Not shouting insults and hurling threats, but with a well thought out logical counter argument. It's hot when a guy knows not only where he stands but why.
1: Loyalty-
To a principle, to a job, to a conviction, to me. I think loyalty is sexy. I think that's why bad boy romances are so hot. Bad boys, in romances at least, are loyal. They'll move heaven and earth for their convictions and their loves. That kind of devotion can be hard to find in today's world.

Confidence
But not vain. Confidence is attitude, walking into a room, knowing your shit and being able to back it up. It’s how you act, it’s how you stand, it’s what you wear and how you wear it.
Wearing that clingy dress without a bra, undoing that extra button on your shirt, showing a bit more leg, a bit more skin… just enough to tease, just enough for an admirer to hope; and all the while not backing down when you know you’re in the right no matter who you’re contesting with - standing up for yourself and holding your own; it takes confidence to pull that kind of sexy off.

It’s the ultimate, it takes confidence to don a bikini and put yourself out there. The sexiest bikini bod is the confidence to put your bod in a bikini.
Intelligence
Because what good is being sexy, if all you do is stand in the corner and look good. Confidence puts you in the room, intelligence *keeps* you in the room.
