I remember wanting him before he existed.
I remember wishing for him to be healthy and shaped like a bullet. :)
I remember feeding him in the quiet of the night in some sacred place called motherhood. The stillness where he was almost asleep again but I held him close because I truly couldn't believe how incredibly blessed I was to be his Mama-d.
I remember praying to Gd to always keep him safe.
I remember the little boy hugs and snuggles that I will NEVER forget. Those times are beautiful and inspiring and so incredibly cherished.
I remember watching him grow, marveling in how fast it was happening. So incredibly thankful I was lucky enough to witness it.
I remember hoping he would grow into a kind and gentle man with a heart of gold and the brains to change the world.
I have loved him for forever and I'm so proud to watch him grow and flourish and find his way.
