New Beginnings By N.J. Walters

Weddings, graduations and birthday celebrations all mark major milestones. These are happy times that we share with family and friends. We instinctively know we are about to embark on a new stage or phase of our life. At times like these, it’s normal to take stock of where we are and where we want to be, to look back at what’s happened in the past and make plans for the future.

But there are other times that alter us even more deeply, darker times—a change in a relationship, unexpected unemployment, a sudden illness, a loss of our home or a loved one. These traumas affect us in profound ways, changing us forever. Like metal forged in fire, we can either shatter or become stronger. It’s up to us. The future is ours to create.

It all comes down to choice. Will we learn from the past or will we let it control us?

And sometimes change creeps up on us when we least expect it. What starts out as an ordinary day, one not marked by any special occasion, can transform us in ways we could never begin to imagine. We’re going about our daily business never dreaming that everything is about to change.

It’s on just such an ordinary day when Gator Rollins’s life is rocked to the very foundation…

Wolf from the Past
Salvation Pack, Book 4
Sylvie LaForge Dubois knew coming back from the dead wouldn’t be easy, but facing her brother and his friends is harder than she imagined. The way Gator Rollins watches her every move makes her decidedly uneasy and excited.

After surviving a forced mating to the abusive Andre Dubois, having a rugged, dangerous werewolf like Gator sniffing around her is scary and thrilling at the same time. She never imagined she’d want another man, but her bone-deep attraction to Gator is too strong to fight.

Gator never got a chance to tell Sylvie he loved her before she was mated with another and, well, died. Now that she’s back, there’s nothing he won’t do to protect her.

Once word gets out, Sylvie’s former pack will be coming for her. No one leaves the Louisiana pack, especially not a female werewolf. But Gator’s determined that this time he won’t let anyone or anything get between him and Sylvie, even if she can’t decide if his touch makes her want to jump his bones…or run for the hills.
